problem downloading themes for 7.1

Whenever I try to download a theme from theme park,into my 7.1, I get a
msg. "Incompatible browser, the theme feature only works in 7.0
browsers." Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I get the same message for 7.2 version. Would also appreciate some
feedback. thanks!

install Netscape 7.0 by going here:
http://channels.netscape.com/ns/browsers/default.jsp. download Netscape
7.2. It isn't really 7.2. Click Free Download. Then click Free
Download again.
